Our major fundraising activity is the production of the annual Zonta Hinterland Business Directory covering businesses across Mapleton, Flaxton, Montville, Palmwoods and Woombye.   This is an invaluable resource that connects residents with businesses and organisations on the Range.  It is distributed across the Range via local post offices, IGA stores, libraries, community centres and real estate offices.

To learn more about advertising in future editions please go  to   directory@zontablackallrange.org.au

Birthing Kit Sponsorship

Each year our club packs Birthing Kits for distribution to remote areas of developing countries.

To raise funds for this activity we seek sponsorship.

Howard Steer Raffle

In early 2018, Broken Hill artist Howard Steer generously donated one of his paintings to member Alison Huth for a raffle prize.

The 900x1200 canvas, called Brush Strokes of the Outback, was framed by Art on Cairncross and enabled the Club to raise just over $4000.

The lucky winner was Tori Prentis.

The proceeds went to our scholarship fund for a female student.

Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation

Every second year we host a morning tea to raise awareness of and funds for the Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation.

The foundation has one purpose and one purpose only: eradicating fistula. Forever.

Learn more about the amazing work and how women's lives are being changed every day in Ethiopia, Liberia and Uganda.
